I visited the Toshiba Copier drivers website and found that Windows 7 compatible drivers aren’t available for the e-STUDIO45 model.
e-STUDIO45 is not listed in the Windows 7 compatibility center well. So, the compatibility of the same is unknown with Windows 7. Refer the link below for details:

For now, I’d suggest you to download the Windows Vista drivers and install the same in Vista compatibility mode on Windows 7.
To install the software (drivers) in Vista Compatibility mode,
1. Right click the installation file and select Properties.
2. Click the Compatibility tab.
3. Under Compatibilty mode, check the “Run this program in compatibility mode for:” option.
4. Select Windows Vista (Service Pack 1) or Windows Vista (Service Pack 2) from the available options.
5. Click Apply and OK.
