If it's a brand name system computer, the drivers for it are probably either available in the downloads for your specific model for Vista, or no third party drivers are required, because they're built into Windows Vista.
What make and model is your brand name computer,
or if you have a generic desktop system, what make and model is the mboard, and if the card reader is built into the case, what make and model is the case (at least the case model is likely to be on a label, possibly inside the case.)
What problem are you having ?
Older card readers often can't recognize larger capacity memory cards, or newer types of memory cards - in that case they don't recognize the card at all - there's nothing you can do about that - that's a hardware / circuitry limitation.
If you were able to read a card previously but now you can't read the same card in the same card reader, and if other cards read fine, there's nothing wrong with the card reader or the drivers You have probably un-intentionally damaged the data on the card. Usually that data damage can be fixed and you will able to access the data again.
